| Samuel E. Farrell II,
Executive Director. Directs the Center for Community Education/CUNY Catch Program and the Veteran Services Office. Responsibilities include the administrative and fiscal oversight of CUNY Catch’s Workforce Investment Act (WIA), Department of Youth and Community Development (DYCD), jail-expansion and transitional programs. He works in a similar capacity with the Veterans Upward Bound, Veterans Services Collaboration Initiative, and the Veterans Resource Center projects. His duties also include proposal writing, staff development, program evaluation and I take on leadership roles in divisional, college, CUNY-wide committees, and in the veterans’ community in New York City. |

| Joseph Bello, Assistant Director/Project Director of the Veterans Resource Center. Responsible for overseeing project policies, operational guidelines, and reporting requirements as well as making sure the resource centers conduct outreach activities and provide information on available services for veterans and their families. Mr. Bello is a US Navy veteran who is active in the veterans’ community in New York City. |

| Dino Garcia, Fiscal Monitor Data Specialist for the Veterans Resource Center. Responsible for collecting information from all centers, and for developing and maintaining a database with information needed
for monthly and quarterly reports. Dino has been involved with LaGuardia's Veterans Program since 1992 as a Computer, Math and Language Instructor. |

Vicki Bello is the Coordinator for the Veterans Upward Bound Program. Mrs. Bello oversees the Veterans Upward Bound Program, which includes counseling, outreach, recruitment, intake and academic assessment. Mrs. Bello also serves as the principal liaison for the Student Veterans Club, as well as the Counseling and Student Affairs Department. Mrs. Bello is a U.S. Navy veteran who is active in the veterans’ community in New York City. |
