The City University of New York has summer programs in many countries and so far LaGuardia Community College students have studied in Denmark, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, England, Germany, Ireland, Israel, Spain, Japan, India, and New Zealand. The college is also a member of the College Consortium for International Studies (CCIS) which sponsors study abroad programs all over the world. To qualify, you need to:

  • Have a GPA of 3.00 or greater
  • Have completed 24 credits
  • Have completed all basic skills requirements
  • Have completed all course and/or internship
    requirements for course/internship to be done abroad go through a selection process
