The LaGuardia Senate's Governance Plan under Article 5.1 specifies the procedure for bringing any curriculum item to the floor for discussion:
". . . Senators requesting minor changes [of curriculum items] will communicate with the Chairperson of the Curriculum Committee prior to the Senate meeting and only an unresolved objection communicated to the Chair of the Senate prior to the upcoming Senate meeting will bring items to the floor of the Senate for discussion and resolution."
The next College Senate meeting will be at 2:15 p.m. on February 8 in room E500. To make things more efficient, you may email me any corrections for the minutes prior to the meeting. I will bring them to the floor before minutes are voted on.
