    What is the Women's Center?

    We provide supportive and educational services promoting the growth anddevelopment of LaGuardia women. Using a Holistic Personal Wellness Model weimplement programmin taking into account some of the most important aspects ofa student’s life:

    • The Physical
    • Social/Environmental
    • Intellectual & Academic
    • Emotional & Spiritual 

    In addition to Personal Wellness, which includes themed group and individualsessions, the Women’s Center facilitates provide:

    • Cultural Presentations
    • Lectures
    • Workshops
    • Wellness Screenings 
    • Support Services

    Free Beginner Yoga

    Have you always wanted to try yoga? Would you like to expand your practice?
    During this FREE class, we will practice basic yoga flow and techniques for mindfulness.
    Come learn how Yoga can help you be healthy and happy. All levels are welcome.
