What is my
USERNAME?
This is your LIVE@LaGuardia student email account username. By default, it's firstname.lastname. What is my PASSWORD? Your password is your LIVE@LaGuardia student email account password. Your default password consists of your date of birth (yymmdd) and the last 4 digits of your CUNY Student ID Number. For example: If your birthday is 04/16/1975 and the last four digits of your CUNY Student ID Number are 1234, then your password is 7504161234 (no spaces). This is the same information you use to access your student email. What if I've forgotten my password, and my default password doesn't work? Contact Head of Access Services (718-482-5441) What if I know my username and password, have entered them correctly, but still can't login? Check that you've entered all information accurately. Often, login fails simply because usernames/passwords are not entered correctly. Otherwise... Contact Head
