a wide range of topics. We also have information about remediation at CUNY, which has
become a hot topic as of late.
To make this wealth of information easily
accessible to all, we have written finding aids that allow you to search through
particular collections. So far there are finding aids for Adult & Continuing
Education, Astoria Center, Institutional Advancement, Middle States,
"Perspective" (Newsletter), 25th Anniversary Oral History Video Tapes
Photographs, Pre-Commission Sculptures a; LaGuardia and Roy McLeod.
If you or your students are interested in
using our resources, we invite you to pay us a visit. We are open Monday through Friday,
from 9 AM to 5:00 PM. If you are thinking about assigning a class project on college or
CUNY related issues, such as open admissions, remediation, etc., please give us a call at
482-5434 so that we can discuss the particulars of your assignment. |

1) Current Library Information
such as services hours; Faculty and Staff: e-mail, fax and phone numbers, Library map,
etc.
2) Library Policies regarding access, circulation of materials, media and
production services, Internet use, etc.
3) Electronic Resources Available as they are added on trial or permanent
basis.
4) Services Offend By The Different Units Of The Library such as
instructional services; interlibrary loan and document delivery; services to persons with
disabilities; media services; guides and publications for Library research; reference
services, etc.
As we continue the construction of this
home page the Library expects to collaborate with teaching faculty in utilizing the
various teaching/learning enhancements offered by the electronic age.
* Electronic reserve possibilities exist
for curriculum materials which students can access from the computer labs and/or from
their homes, Class assignments involving Web resources can be loaded onto the Library's
Web Page and linked to the relevant Web resources.
