The Interlibrary Loan Service
(ILL) supports the instructional and research needs of LaGuardia's faculty and staff by
borrowing materials that are not owned by the Library. These fast and easy steps will
assist you in expediting your interlibrary loan requests. Questions i should be directed

- 718-482-5428.How To Make A RequestCheck LaGuardia's holdings first (i.e., CUNY+Plus &
LaGuardia Periodicals) to ensure that j the Library does not own the item. Items That May Be BorrowedMost books and articles in magazines, journals and
newspapers can usually be obtained through the interlibrary Loan Service. Dissertations
and very recently published books (the current calendar year) are difficult and/or
expensive to obtain, The Library does not limit the number of interlibrary loan requests
made by LaGuardia faculty and staff. Items That May Not Be BorrowedThe items that may be borrowed include the following:<Reference books, textbooks or reserve books that are required reading for classes. (Continued on page 11) |
