Acquisition:
Acquisition process of the materials is uncertain through 2001. Records may have been gleaned from other divisions. Since 2001 active acquisition policy has included posting, mailings, staff notices and the Taskforce reports of 2002-2003. The records (incomplete) of Task force were donated by a member. Other transactions were initiated and completed as part of Archival policy.
