	The most important lesson I learned during my internship experience is that the clients we work with look at us for guidance. It is important to docoment everything you do on paper because if it is not on paper it didnot happen. I another lesson I learned during my internship experience is that our clients are important we must learn to put our personnel feelings to the side so that we can help the client the best way possible because they depend on us.We must also develop relationships with the clients because that is the only way they will trust us and open up to us so that we can help them. The thing I most enjoyed about my internship was helping people. I got the chance to interact with the clients. I enjoyed that every Friday I got to go on the field and work with the clients and help them to choose a career path.
