• Application Guidelines

    • This application may be reproduced using a word processing program (reproduce all headings).  
    • Font size for applicant responses on the application must be 10 point or larger.  
    • Submit 3 copies of your application (with appropriate documentation e.g. copies of receipts & letters of acceptance for presentations).
    • Submit photocopies of receipts for budget items with 3 copies of your application
    • All margins must be at least one-inch on all sides.  
    • Please double space and do not exceed two pages for any response.  
    • We cannot guarantee that applications which do not meet these minimum guidelines will be read.  
    • Applications are available on diskette at the following location: The Technology Learning Center (E-256/Ext. 5499).
    • ON LINE APPLICATION AVAILABLE AT www.lagcc.cuny.edu Click “I Am Faculty or Staff”click “Edit Grants” Note: AOL uses external to the College may not be able to use the electronic application  form.
    • If you are submitting an electronic application, send 3 copies of your receipts (print your name on each receipt) via inter-office mail to one of the co-chairs of the EDIT committee. These will be attached to your electronic application. 
    • Complete the check-off list on page 12 in the application, Sign, date, and submit it with your application..
    • Part-Time Applicants: submit 3 hard copies with appropriate signatures (No electronic application).
    • Be sure to complete Section #9: Funding from other sources.
