Fill out the CSEMS application form. If you are a high school student you need to submit a recommendation letter of reference from your teacher. If you are a LaGuardia student enrolled in a CSEMS major with number of credits less than 12 but more than 9, you need to submit a recommendation letter of reference from a LaGuardia faculty member.
