     ELIGIBILITY

Applications for the Computer Science, Engineering, and Mathematics Scholarship (CSEMS) are open to any LaGuardia student who:

1. Is a United States citizen, an alien admitted as a refugee, or a legal permanent resident
2. Enrolls full-time as a computer science, engineering or math major.*
3. Maintains a minimum 2.75 GPA
4. Completes the Federal Application for Student Financial Aid (FAFSA).

*Students who currently have “undecided” majors and demonstrate an interest to enroll in computer science, engineering or mathematics may also apply.

Students pursuing degrees in the following areas are eligible to apply:

3. AAS in Computer Technology
   
4. AAS in Microcomputer Systems & Applications
5. AAS in Network Systems Administration
6. AAS in New Media Technology
