How to schedule an appointment:
- To schedule an appointment with a Co-op Faculty Advisor, use the Cooperative Education Department's internship management system, Symplicity. To access Symplicity, go to https://lagcc-csm.symplicity.com/students/
Username: firstname.lastname@live.lagcc.cuny.edu
Password: Last 4 digits of your CUNY Student ID Number*
* CUNY Student ID Number is the same as your Social Security Number for many students
- Once you are logged in, select “Request an Appointment”
- Choose the Coop Faculty Advisor
- Select the date and time on the calendar
- The Coop Faculty Advisor, time and date of appointment should show up on the far right of the page, then click “Submit Request”
- Make sure the next screen lists your appointment status as “approved”
- After logging in, please be sure to fill in your profile. You can also use Symplicity to reschedule or cancel an appointment. If you are having trouble logging on to the site, please call 718-482-5204.
How to reschedule or cancel an appointment:
- Once signed into Symplicity, select the “calendar” tab to the far right of the option bar
- Under calendar, select the “Advising Appointment” tab to view your appointment. You will see options to “cancel” or “reschedule” on this page
