CD students with a 3.0 cumulative G.P.A. or higher for two
consecutive semesters are eligible for membership in Chi
Alpha Epsilon (XAE), LaGuardia's chapter of a national honor
society designed to celebrate academic achievements of educational
opportunity program students.
XAE holds regular national conferences that give members
the opportunity to attend a variety of workshops and leadership
meetings, to network with others, and to assist other students
who aspire to academic success.
