EDUCATIONAL PLANNING

Educational Planning Services, a department within the Student Affairs Division, is designed to provide all new freshmen and transfer students with a smooth transition into college. Educational Planners support these students as they embark on this life changing endeavor, particularly during the New Student Advisement and Registration (NSAR) program required for all new students.

By being uniquely cross-trained, Educational Planners are equipped with knowledge regarding college policies and institutional and curriculum requirements for all academies, and instill this knowledge throughout all departmental initiatives. Additionally, Educational Planners emphasize the importance of financial literacy and self-sufficiency through developmental advising.

As the incoming student body has grown, Educational Planners have devoted their efforts to renovating the NSAR program. They offer prompt, high-quality service, which provides students with a clearer understanding of how they can best utilize their academics to prepare for a successful career in their chosen field.
