Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (EKG/Phlebotomy/Medical Terminology)

Get certified as a Phlebotomist and EKG Technician, learn CPR and medical terminology to become a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA). The CCMA assists the physician with many areas of the medical practice including taking vital signs, preparing patients for procedures, performing phlebotomy (blood drawing) and electrocardiography (EG).

Upon passing the program’s four courses, you will earn the Certified Medical Assistant Certificate from LaGuardia and be eligible for the National Healthcareer Association certification exam.
