Tuition, Payment Plans, and Financial Aid
Beginning Fall 2011, the tuition for the program will be $8,800 which will include malpractice insurance, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification cards, and use of college facilities.
Not included are uniforms, books, FISDAP fee, NYS Department of Health on-site scoring fees, immunizations (if needed), medical practitioner physical exam, parking fees and transportation.
The payment plan system at LaGuardia is through Academic Management Services (AMS). Students must pay a minimum of $1,500 to the college prior to the start of classes. Subsequent payments will be made monthly to AMS based on 10 equal payments of the balance remaining. AMS charges a one-time annual fee of $50 for this service.

Degree students pay for Paramedic courses at the current rate for CUNY students. The payment plan is the same as for other LaGuardia college courses and is carried out through AMS. Financial Aid information is available through the Financial Aid Office at (718) 482-7218 in Room C-107.
