CUNY START is an intensive 18-week program that offers both part time and full time classes in academic reading, writing and math for students who have not passed 1 or more of the CUNY placement exams. The program--which costs only $75, including books--allows you to save your financial aid for credit courses and offers advisement on college and career planning.
