| Analyze your driver violation history in order to understand your pattern of behavior. You will explore productive ways to deal with conflict as well as personal anger and aggression by better understanding and communicating with passengers. You will also learn proper protocol for dealing with police officers and the court system. In addition, you will review New York City and Taxi and Limousine (TLC) traffic codes. Upon completion of this 8-hour, 2-session class, you will have two TLC points deducted from your taxi driver’s license.
