OSRR/A provides students with information on academic and non-academic matters to enable them to make informed decisions. Moreover, OSRR/A disseminates information to various entities within the College community through literature and forums, on strategies for communicating with students on academic, behavioral and personal matters that can impact student progress. OSRR/A provides advocacy services on behalf of the student body in a fair, equitable and objective manner, while addressing a diverse range of issues and concerns. Many of the issues presented are addressed through dispute resolution and mediation services.
