THE FITNESS CENTER
The Fitness Center is located in the M-Building,
it offers complete strength training, cardio
fitness and personal training, and it is equipped with Cybex, Flex machines and Universal machines, free weights, treadmills, stair climbers, and stationary bikes and elliptical cross-trainers.
Fitness Center Schedule:
Monday - Friday
8:00 AM - 8:30 PM
Saturday 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM

PERSONAL TRAINING |
The Fitness Center, Group Fitness Classes,
Sports Gym, Intramural Programs, and Aquatic
Center (Recreational Swimming) are open to
degree students of LaGuardia Community
College/CUNY (LAGCC) at no additional fees, when
they show a valid LAGCC ID Card.
Funding for
these activities has been provided by student
activity fees through the F.H. LaGuardia
Community College, College Association, Inc.
Memberships for Community Participants start
at $65 for 3 months.

Personal Fitness Strategy is a great way
to start on the road to better health and
fitness. It includes a fitness assessment, a
tailored exercise program, and two sessions with
a personal trainer to guide you into a healthier
lifestyle.
