Responsibilities:
-Assist students in the open lab.
-Assist students with their computer work using different software’s.
-Answer student’s questions about computer software’s .
-Provide timely and effective delivery to students.
-Problems regarding computer, peripheral or communications equipment
and informs the supervisor or contacts the predetermined office for repairs.
Records problems into the Help Desk Software.
-Cleans troubleshoots, maintains, and replaces computers and other
equipment; may assist in troubleshooting and repair activities.
-Adheres to uniform performance standards and efficient methods of
work.
