The Honors Fireside Chat, where you can hear about the work and the trajectory of your professors. This year it will be on Wednesday, October 25 at 2:30.
Publish in the Honors Journal! Each year we publish a journal of some of the best writing and research to come out of Honors courses. Visit our website to see previous years, and let your professor know that you are interested!
Speak at our Honors Conference! At the end of every academic year, we hold an interdisciplinary conference, where students present their work from their classes over the year. Get experience and boost your profile in proposing to give a talk on your research! The call will come out in the Spring semester.
Present a Research Poster at our Honors Conference! Make a professional research poster and enter into the poster competition. The call will come out in the Spring semester.
Come to our regular meetings! Each week, Honors students hold regular meetings where we reflect on what’s going on, find ways to support each other, and help with the program’s initiatives. We meet each Wednesday, at 2:30, in Room E-146.
