CUNYfirst MSS Module
Human Resources has begun training for the CUNYfirst Manager Self Service (MSS) module. The MSS module is designed to assist you in managing your staff.
What is Manager Self Service (MSS)?
In the CUNYfirst system, as a manager or supervisor, you will be able to view and work with your staff members' job and limited personal information. This includes viewing basic information, submitting and approving requests for employee transactions, and the delegation of responsibilities.
What are the MSS Functions?
Training is essential to learning these new tools and understanding how you'll use them for staff management.
Initial training sessions shown below have been scheduled by division and group, and are by email invitation only. All Directors, Managers and Supervisors will receive an email invitation where you will be invited to join us in CUNYfirst as a "Manager". Your invitation will provide you with optional dates and times to attend. Please rsvp as soon as you receive this email. You will be asked to register for the training session you wish to attend by contacting, via email, Cheryl Still at firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com
Training will be ongoing so please check your emails regularly for your invitation and visit this page often for updates on upcoming training sessions. If you would like additional information, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com
