Faculty & Staff
If you are a Faculty or Staff member at LaGuardia, you can reference online, Self Service Training Guides that are available for you on our CUNYfirst website, as well as attend CUNYfirst Overview (Introductory Level) one hour workshops.
The Faculty & Staff overview workshops will follow a standard agenda and cover a broad range of information that will enhance your understanding of CUNYfirst. The workshops will also provide you with an opportunity to ask any questions you may have and address any difficulties you may be experiencing. Trainers will listen to individual questions or requests in the workshop and adjust the content as appropriate.
The CUNYfirst Overview (Introductory Level) Workshops will be conducted in Room B-125 and are scheduled as follows below.

- Arrive on time. If you arrive late, we cannot stop the workshop to catch you up. You probably should attend a future session, when you can arrive on time.

Form on our website. If you need in-person assistance, please go to the Enrollment Services Center in Room C-107 (Mon – Thurs: 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Fri: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.).
