Become an Effective Interviewer

The best hiring decisions result in competent, dedicated employees. Hiring the wrong person can be costly in terms of money, customer relations, productivity and morale. Interviewers make good decisions when they gather meaningful, job-related information from applicants. Each job has inherent, distinct responsibilities, so each job has a unique set of competencies—behaviors, knowledge and motivations that are necessary for job success. This workshop will show you how to interview to assess those competencies that are needed to be successful in any given job.
