1. Transfer students must submit a Transfer Application to CUNY. There is a $65 non-refundable application-processing fee.
2. Register for Day/Extended Day status. You may enroll in day, evening and weekend classes regardless of your status, however the College's internship requirements vary depending on your status and major. Read more on the
Cooperative Education Department website.
3. Official high school transcripts showing a graduation date must be delivered directly from the high school in a sealed, school-issued envelope, or a General Equivalency Diploma (G.E.D.) with test scores. Transcripts in a language other than English are accepted. (Review the
CUNY guidelines for supporting documents.)
4. Official college transcripts from all institutions you’ve attended. If you are currently enrolled CUNY, your CUNY transcript will automatically be retrieved when you submit your application. Transcripts in a language other than English are accepted. (Review the

5. Immunization records must reflect satisfaction of New York State immunization requirements for measles, mumps and rubella. A Meningitis Response Form must also be submitted.
6. Check with the Admissions Office to see if you are required to take the CUNY Assessment Tests.
