FROM THE WILDERNESS OF PATAGONIA to the chic urban centers of Santiago and Valparaiso, LaGuardia Community College photography students captured moments of unique beauty during their journey to one of South America’s most fascinating countries.
Encompassing portraiture, panoramic landscapes, candid shots, multimedia photography and lyrical documentary, students’ visual narratives explore local culture, cuisine, agriculture, ritual costume in the natural environment and social justice issues from behind the lens.
