Academic Peer Instruction (API)

My name is Sangenji Sherpa and my major is mechanical engineering. This is my last semester at LaGuardia. I am API Tutor of Fundamentals of Physics I. API program is all about helping students in difficult courses from failing to passing grade, C to B, and B to A+ on an average. I believe that science and math courses are not only about memorizing and just pass the class, but also understanding the core fundamental concepts and applying those concepts in real world problem. Mathematics skill is required for physics. I am highly motivated by the concepts of API program which targets to make students working in groups in pleasant environment. Since, I am engineering student with strong science and math background; I would like to help other students to better understand physics and its core concepts.
