| Hello! My name is Richard Alliers and you have come
across my API page. Welcome! This is my fourth semester here
at LaGuardia Community College and I could not be happier
with my academic success at this school. I'm an enthusiastic
learner who loves school. I also love giving the gift of
knowledge to those who share the same passion and motivation
as I do and wish to become successful students.
I was extremely thankful to have a very close friend who was
an API tutor who helped me with certain questions I didn't
understand and guided me along my academic career. When she
graduated, I thought to myself, "Why can't I become a tutor
and help those who are in need just the way she helped me?"
Now as an API tutor, I am very grateful to have the
opportunity to help others as my friend helped me. Since I
have begun tutoring, just seeing my students work hard and
share their ideas with other classmates makes me feel like I
am truly making a difference in their lives. Thank you for
